Fuji Country Club was established on August 16, 1958, as the first postwar golf club in Gotemba City. It is 2km (about 3 minutes) from Gotemba IC, and JR Gotemba Station and express buses are also available. The course was designed by Shiro Akaboshi and has a land area of 160,000 tsubo. The course is 6,832 yards long, par 72. The course rating is 72.6. It is a strategic course that allows you to experience the three-dimensional feel of a handmade course. The 13th hole on the IN, which has the greatest elevation difference, is a hole where you hit down spectacularly towards Mt. Fuji. The elevation difference from the fullback to the green is 57m (downhill). Other holes with elevation differences await: 1st hole 45m (downhill), 12th hole 39m (uphill), and 17th hole 33m (uphill).

A beautifully scenic course surrounded by a majestic forest. The course
has an area of 1,770,000 m2. The distance is 10,515 yards. There are
27 holes. Par is 108. The strategic layout, designed by Mitsuaki Kobayashi,
with its cleverly placed water hazards, attracts many golfers. In particular,
the highly varied bunkers and the undulating bent green impress challengers,
and the cleverly incorporated water hazards pique their curiosity even
further.

The course is one of the largest in Japan, with an area of 260,000 square
meters and a view that can only be found at a resort. The highly challenging
design that inspires the spirit of challenge attracts players. The "Village
Course" on the out course, where Okinawa's unique virgin forest is
alive, is laid out to weave through the trees. The "Seaside Course"
on the in course, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean, is as its name suggests,
where you can enjoy spectacular shots while looking at the majestic Pacific
Ocean. In addition, ponds, bunkers, and mounds are skillfully scattered
throughout the course, requiring intelligent play. All carts are equipped
with a "Marshall Navi" so that you can easily check the course
layout and distances on the touch panel.
